Conservation Resources enhanced this 1,500 acre permanent crop property in Washington State by upgrading apples, cherries and row crop operations and implementing organic and regenerative practices, consistent with its regenerative agricultural investment strategy. We established one of the largest bee pollinator habitats in the region on the property, which improved cash flow and led to an enhanced biodiversity investment outcome that benefits the broader region’s tree pollination needs. Moxee’s integrated operations into downstream cold storage, powered by renewable energy, was optimized, creating incremental revenue streams.
