Conservation Resources transformed this 541-acre property in the heart of the Arkansas-Mississippi Delta to a regenerative agricultural investment. The regenerative practices on the soybeans and rice farmed at the property sequestered carbon and reduced methane emissions. This in turn allowed us to earn carbon credit and methane reduction payments, providing additional, non-commodity income. A reforestation project implemented on the property’s non-farmable acres will also produce incremental income while sequestering additional carbon.
