Biodiversity investment of 5,764 acres located in competitive land and timber markets, a significant conservation sale was executed to the North Florida Land Trust on behalf of the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center to preserve green space and buffer this important military training site. Sustainable forestry investment was divested after only five years of ownership when we negotiated favorable pricing with an adjoining landowner.
