Conservation Resources revamped the 3,100 acre High Plains property, restoring native grasses and establishing permanent pasture. The regenerative practices restored soil health, allowing the soils to absorb more water and resulting in a meaningful water conservation impact. Carbon sequestered and methane emission reduced as a result of the regenerative agriculture practices, which increased below-ground biodiversity. This led to carbon credit and methane reduction payments, enhancing the property’s cash flow.
